Peter Moore holds an LLB (Hons) from Canterbury University and joined the bar in 2008. He became independent in 2018.

Originally born in Canada, grew up in the United States, and he studied in the USA and New Zealand. He worked in New Zealand and specialised in New Zealand Employment Law. He is passionate about his community and involves in many volunteer works.

• Peter Moore has extensive knowledge in Employment law.
• Employment Advocacy with a range of Employers, Employees and Unions.
• Detailed negotiation of collective agreement on behalf of medium/large employers.
• Worked with a number of social services agencies.
• Significant pro bono work, including advice for junior colleagues from competing firms.
• Regular mediations, plus appearances in the ERA and Employment Court.
